Congratulations to the Lady Cougar who first beat Coulterville in three games and then beat New Athens in two games to win the Region 8 Volleyball Championship.  These victories now allow the Lady Cougars to compete in the SIJHSAA State Volleyball Tournament that is held in Herrin on Saturday March 25.  The Lady Cougars will play at noon with an opponent to be named later.
